The bill (Reg. No.5291) supports the rights of the
individual who refused to accept the identification number due to the religious
or other convictions, officially notified the authorized state bodies, and have
a record in the passport to fill in the passport number and series in the
application for setting up a legal entity or appointment to the office of its
manager.
The Committee members believe that "adoption of the bill will bear positive social consequences, relieve tension concerning equality of citizens regardless of their religious convictions, and bring Ukraine closer to the democratic standards of human rights."
